3-Year Accessibility Plan & Progress

2023-2026 Accessibility Plan

Shinhan Bank Canada is proud to introduce its first Accessibility Plan as an important first step towards realizing the ACA’s commitment to creating a barrier-free Canada by 2040. This Plan was developed with the involvement of many stakeholders, including individuals with disabilities. Their time and expertise assisted the Bank in creating the Plan that we believe will have a positive impact on the way the Bank identifies, prevents and removes barriers.

Progress Report

Shinhan Bank Canada is pleased to present the 2023-2024 Progress Report reflecting the important steps that were taken by the Bank to achieve the goals that were set out in our 2023 Accessibility Plan. 2026-2029 Accessibility Plan

Shinhan Bank Canada (the “Bank”) introduced its first Accessibility Plan in 2023 as an important step towards realizing the ACA’s commitment to creating a barrier-free Canada by 2040. We now add the 2026 – 2029 Accessibility Plan (the “Plan”) to continue the actions that the Bank will take from 2026 to 2029 to fulfil our commitments under the Accessible Canada Act and any other applicable Accessibility law. This Plan reflects the input from many stakeholders, including individuals with disabilities, and also includes the strides taken by the Bank since our first Accessibility Plan was established. The Bank has further created an Accessibility Working Group to lead the implementation of the Bank’s commitments in identifying, removing, and preventing accessibility barriers at the Bank.
